Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within most states in the USA)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations)

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the USA in most states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide, but shipping charges will apply. Please check the rates displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to the following:

Damages & Issues We take great care in packaging our art pieces to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages Ben-Ari Art Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
