Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ben Ari Art Gallery, every piece of art is custom-printed to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our wall art, shipping fees can be significant. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if your item arrives defective and cannot be replaced. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
